Your Pub Website
Pubdate can host a simple, branded website for your pub at your PubLocal address, such as yourpub.publocal.ie.
What Appears on the Website
Your pub website can show:
- Your pub name, tagline, logo, and hero photo
- Opening hours and contact details
- Upcoming events from your weekly updates
- Menu items and a mobile menu page
- Photos from your pub
- Social links and useful customer links
- Selected reviews that you choose to show publicly
The website is designed for customers checking you on their phone before they visit.
How It Stays Updated
The website uses the same information Pubdate already has for your posts and dashboard. When you send weekly updates, add events, change links, or update menu details, the public site can reflect those changes.
You do not need to rebuild the site or send changes to a web developer.
Your PubLocal Address
Your default address is:
yourpub.publocal.ie
If your pub is not on the full website tier, that address sends customers to your link-in-bio page instead.
Custom Domains
If you want to use your own domain, such as yourpub.ie, contact us and we can help set it up. Custom domain support is available, but it needs a short setup step so the domain points at the right site.
What to Check Before Sharing
Before you put the link in your Instagram bio, Google profile, or printed materials, check:
- The pub name, phone number, and address are correct
- Opening hours are up to date
- The main photo looks right
- Your menu and links are current
- Only the reviews you want public are visible
Changing the Website
Most day-to-day changes can be made from the dashboard. For larger changes, such as custom domains or a different site setup, email hello@pubdate.ie.
