Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fee and no contract. You pay month-to-month and can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need to know anything about social media?
No. You just send us a WhatsApp with what's on. We create the posts, graphics, and captions. You approve with one tap and we handle the rest.
What social platforms do you post to?
Instagram and Facebook on all plans. Google Business Profile on Growth and Full Presence.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. You connect your social accounts, tell us a bit about your pub, and we handle everything after that. Full Presence customers get a dedicated onboarding call.
What happens if I miss the Monday check-in?
Nothing posts that week. We'll send a reminder on Tuesday and again on Thursday. If we don't hear from you, we skip the week rather than post something you haven't approved.
